  在第八届中银国际投资者会议上,达芙妮国际(0210)的管理层透露,1季度达芙妮品牌的同店销售收入同比增长5%左右,鞋柜品牌增长近10%。公司维持2010年全年达芙妮和鞋柜的同店销售收入分别增长5%-9%和10-15%的指导区间。


Daphne brand's same store sales revenue is at the low end of the management guidance interval, mainly because of the strong demand of the market, but the company's stock is not enough, and there is a shortage of supply.

The main outsourcing partners of the company are very tight because of the shortage of labour in Southern China.

With the recent minimum wage increase and migrant workers returning to the city, this situation has gradually eased.


The management goal will increase the profit margin by 3 percentage points in the next 3-5 months.

The average selling price of Daphne brand is increased by about 5% every year.

The main way for a company to improve its product mix is to choose better materials and rich styles.

In order to improve the efficiency of the supply chain, the fairs will increase from 4 to 6 times a year. The order quantity of unit orders will be reduced, and the order of replenish orders will be shortened.

In the long run, Daphne brand stores will increase to 5000 (the end of 2009 is 3363), which will further play its economies of scale.

At present, the company is still checking the operation of FullPearl brand holding 60%.

FullPearl owns many high-end brands including Aee.


In 2009, FullPearl lost nearly 600-700 billion yuan, mainly because of its lack of scale.

Soon, FullPearl will share Daphne's logistics platform and benefit from Daphne's large-scale supplier procurement.

Management believes that FullPearl will achieve small profits in 2010.

At present, FullPearl has about 200 stores in the mainland, and plans to open 50 stores in the second half of this year.

The company will disclose more plans for FullPearl brand development in the August China Daily.
