How to make the combing machine's < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_c.asp" > spinning production < /a > adapting to the change of the properties of raw cotton and meeting the requirements of high speed, high efficiency and high quality is a difficult problem in the design of combing machine and its complete sets of equipment.

< p > the "12th Five-Year" development plan of Zhongyuan University of Technology has identified the key technologies of textile materials and equipment as one of the four key areas for the cultivation of key achievements in schools.

The level of R & D and industrialization of products has been studied in depth. The "high efficiency and energy saving combing equipment, HC500, HC600 combing machine and HC181D strip coiling machine" has been developed, which has overcome the technical difficulties in the design of the combing machine and its complete sets of equipment. It has achieved three breakthroughs in the combing technology, namely, a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_h.asp", spinning speed less than /a, spinning and pmission mode. Moreover, it has achieved three breakthroughs in winding technology, such as roll down speed, pressure mode and on-line control of cotton coil pressure, improved the independent innovation ability of our high-end textile equipment and the market share at home and abroad, and provided high-end equipment support for the upgrading of China's textile industry. The research group has been on the high side for many years.

The project has been successfully industrialized and has been exhibited and praised at many times in the textile industry exhibition.

< p > it is learnt that the research project of "key technologies and complete sets of equipment for high efficiency energy-saving cotton comber" includes the research and development of efficient energy-saving comber, the research and development of Xilin variable speed combing comber, the development of efficient strip rolling combine machine, and the research and development of efficient energy-saving combing complete sets of 4 topics.

The HC 500 comber was developed by 110 degree Xilin constant speed combing machine, which effectively solved the interference of the poor cotton bushes in the high speed comber and the difficulty in separating the bonding process and the interference of the carding movement to separating the cotton net from the rollers, and reduced the highest acceleration of the main parts of the comber, and the production speed could reach 500 times per minute / minute, thus achieving the goal of high speed, high efficiency and energy saving.

< p > "research and development of cylinder grooming combing comber" using institutional analysis and computer programming method, created 130 degree super angle cylinder carding technology, developed HC600 type comber with elliptic gear drive type Xilin pmission mechanism and clamp plate opening adjustment mechanism with independent intellectual property rights, and improved combing performance. The machine can be equipped with 90 degrees, 110 degrees and 130 degrees cylinder grooming. The length of processing fiber extends from original 25~50mm to 22~50mm, and the production speed can reach 470 times per minute / minute.

It has created a double cylinder piston rod direct drive cotton rolling pressure technology, solved the key technical problems such as the swing of the pressure arm, the piston rod twisting and the cylinder wear and other key technical problems, and improved the stability and reliability of the machine, and the production speed reached 150m/ minutes. The on-line control device for the cotton coiling pressure was developed, which kept the pressure of the cotton lap constant and eliminated the phenomenon of tight inner loosening of the cotton coils. By optimizing the technology, the time of dropping and changing the tube was reduced from 12 seconds to 25~30 seconds, and the operation efficiency was improved.

A total of 132 awards were awarded this year, among which 14 were the first prize, two were 43 and three were 75.

Cui Shizhong, Professor of the GA310 sizing machine at Zhongyuan University of Technology, and Professor Zhang Ruiwen of the Institute of materials and chemical engineering at the Zhongyuan University of Technology, studied the key technologies of environment-friendly flame retardant regenerated cellulose fibers, and won the three prize in the three research achievements of Professor Ding Shumin's "camera type weft detector".
