Twenty Years, Years Of Sharpening Zhao Yufang

Recently, at the 2012 "51" commendation conference held by the Federation of trade unions of Shanxi Province, 508 advanced individuals in the province were awarded the "May 1 Labor Medal" in Shanxi, Shanxi oasis.

Zhao Yufang, the roving truck operator of the spinning company of limited liability company, won the honor as the only representative of Shanxi textile and garment industry.

20 years of persistence in the sound of the machine

Zhao Yufang, 38, graduated from high school in July 1992 and entered Jincheng textile mill (now Shanxi oasis Textile Co., Ltd.). He had an indissoluble bond with roving truck for 20 years.

As the saying goes: men do not enter the steel, women do not enter the spinning.

In the textile industry, the labor intensity of women workers is usually much larger than that of male workers.

From the first day of work, Zhao Yufang made up his mind: no matter how hard or tired he was, he chose to do the job.

Roving is the source of spinning production, and roving stop is the source of the whole process.

Entering the enterprise, after two months' training, she was on duty. Although it was hard to avoid some confusion at the beginning, she did not shrink back. "I am not as stupid as others, and I can do what others can do."

Every day, she always came to the workshop early, and when everyone else was away from work, she was still practicing.

On a hot day, she shut herself up in her dormitory to study theoretical books, carefully studied various methods of operation, and asked for advice from the teachers without understanding.

3 months later, she was ready to work.

Process is a relatively strict process of quality control. In ordinary work, she starts from every detail, carefully operates and checks strictly, finds that defects are dealt with immediately, and does not allow defective products to flow into the next process.

Careful, she has found many quality problems in her work, which has saved the company a lot of losses.

In such a situation, nearly 20 years later, some of the young workers who joined her in the factory went to sea, some moved away, and she still sticks to roving duty.

At ordinary times, she does not seem to be very obvious, but as long as she changes to her work clothes, she changes the whole person. Mehikaru Keijiong, her hands are flexible and orderly, and she swims in the spindles, and moves smoothly, skillfully and freely.

No pains, no pains, no pains. She finds pleasure in hard and boring work. Her work has also been recognized by her workmates and leaders.

The machine is not easy to play.

In May 2011, Zhao Yufang was delighted when he learned that Shanxi had to organize the roving truck operator's skills competition. "After waiting for more than ten years, I finally got the chance. I can't miss it."

In the following days, she was actively preparing for war.

In August of that year, she and another colleague were qualified through the company's internal selection.

A month after that, she only slept two or three hours a day, two lines in the workshop and dormitory: working time, traveling around the car, practicing skills, and not training in the workshop after work, or learning theory in the dormitory.

In order to memorize a large number of theoretical data, she was walking on her back, before going to bed, even when she was eating.

During that time, she cancelled all Sunday, and even did not rest during the Mid Autumn Festival.

Every day, her brain works at high speed and her hands are constantly practicing. There is only one belief in her mind: "I am not representing myself in this competition, but in the company, showing the quality and level of the oasis company's roving truck, and I want to do my best to do my best."

In September 15, 2011, the company sent Zhao Yufang and his colleagues to Yuncheng to join the "Hua Xiong Cup" Shanxi roving.

Vocational skills competition.

When they arrived at the competition area, they knew that the models and operating tools used in competitions were quite different from their usual use.

For example, tools used for joints, they use bamboo sticks in the company, and hoses are used in competitions.

The contest is only two hours for each player to be familiar with the machine and practice.

Although the time was a little hasty, when the referee declared "start", she immediately calmed down, adjusted her mindset in time, overcame the difficulties that were not familiar with the models, varieties and tools, and was calm and self possessed, playing the most extraordinary role, showing itself in many strong hands, and finally achieved third good results, and got the title of "roving technical expert of the province's textile industry".

At the same time, Shanxi finance, trade, light textile and tobacco trade union recorded her personal first class work and became a senior worker.

She has a "normal heart" for her achievements: "I am just an ordinary textile worker, and I only do my job as much as I can."
