Three, we will continue to temporarily cut import tariffs on some semi finished leather products by 2 percentage points. The preferential tariff rate for leather products imports from the least developed countries will continue to be implemented. In 2008, China continued to implement preferential tax rates for the import of some leather products from the least developed countries in Africa, Kampuchea, Laos, Burma, Bangladesh and other ASEAN countries, and Yemen, the Republic of Afghanistan, Maldives, Vanuatu and Samoa.
