I graduated from the University in 01 years. I am a specialist in national preventive medicine.



After graduation, he arrived in Shenzhen. In September, he entered an advertising company as a part-time job. The company was very small, agency, five or six people, no basic salary, and the only money was the 50 yuan subsidy for the Mid Autumn Festival.



A month later, I entered another advertising company. The base salary was 800 per month, but the Commission was 3% of the profit. (I know very little about the business). I and another representative were very unhappy about the Commission, which was affected by him. He slept for a while at work and was known by his boss. He was not opened for a month, and he was also detained for several days.



After another month of work in Shenzhen, I went home without my money. I didn't make any money, but I owed thousands of dollars.



02 years after the Spring Festival, I took a little fare to Shanghai. This time I swear I will never borrow any more money. I found a job half a month later, and I found a job in office furniture. My monthly salary is 300, 50 (50), and 5%, which I do very seriously. I can run 20 to 30 units every day.

On one occasion, the boss called us to move things at 8 o'clock in the evening. It was moving that kind of filing cabinet. From the 1 floor to the 6 floor, the elevator could not be used. To tell the truth, I didn't do such a heavy job since I was young, until at 11 o'clock in the evening. After that, I didn't have any strength, so the boss didn't invite us to have a meal.

Because of this, I left the company for more than 3 months.



After I resigned, I worked for half a month, but I didn't find it. I went back to my home to see if there was any good work there.

A month later, I went back to Shanghai, and I was looking for nearly a month. The money was almost gone. I found a manufacturer of office furniture, looking for a dealer, 800 basic salary, and eating (like a general worker). At that time I had no money, so I didn't eat at noon.

The Commission is 1%, I think too little, and feel that there is not much development, no serious work, less than a month, that I can not communicate, I opened.

It is a medicine for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In Shanghai, a product can be sold for 70 million a year.

But Shanghai is universal health insurance, which can not be used in pharmacies, that is, it can not be reimbursed by medical insurance cards.

So the vast majority of the drugs are used to prescribe in hospitals. This kind of cardiovascular medicine is not recommended by drugstore salesmen, so our OTC representatives are practically useless, so the supervisor has nothing to do with us. We just run some cheap pharmacy, which is a supermarket open pharmacy. Running a house every day is enough. Running 3 days a day, 3 pharmacies can imagine things.

But this sales volume is not too bad, and can get 2000 yuan a month.

I also mixed up a 05 Shanghai OTC Champion Award, and also presented a certificate to receive the award at the end of the year.

In early 06, I also participated in the professional training of OTC, plus my usual accumulation. To be honest, my OTC experience has been very good, but I still want to be a clinical representative (life force) or sales of medical devices.

In the 06 year, the company changed to the general manager of a Shanghai branch. We knew that we were so angry that we criticized me at the meeting.

I couldn't bear to quit my job. It was 06 years in May.



Working on the way to the German World Cup, when I looked for a job while looking for a job, I did not find a job as a medical representative or sales of medical devices for a few months. Finally, in August, I found a OTC representative work. The salary was 1800 of the trial period (2000 after the trial period), and the Commission was 2%. It was an anemic health product. With my many years of experience, I still did better than others, but unfortunately, after 4 months, the company considered that the sales of pharmacies were not good enough to be converted into clinical medicine representatives. I set foot on it again.

So I resigned after a month. It's the Spring Festival. I went home.



After the Spring Festival, I went back to Shanghai to find a job. After more than a month, I found my present job. I am a drug agent company. Now we have 4 people in this department, two directors have a share, and the salary is 1500 yuan / month (after trial is no more than 1800).

The Commission is still unknown.

To tell you the truth, I feel wronged when I enter this company. The first day, the supervisor said that my ability was not enough and I was hurt.



To analyze my mistakes, I suggest: first, I advise the newly graduated college students not to have the ability of 100%. It is best to stay away from the big cities that are too competitive. Even if you are a salesperson or an undergraduate is 800 yuan / month, it is not surprising at all.



Second, don't be too anxious to earn money.

Too bad a company would rather lose their jobs, but when they find a common company, don't jump around at any time. The temptation outside is all the time. This mountain looks high on the mountain. You must be thankful. Although the work is very ordinary, someone will thank you more if you use it.



The third is to work for yourself. No matter what position you are working on, increasing your ability is very important. Don't let others ask you to improve your ability.

If this job does not improve your ability and is particularly relaxed, you should pay attention to whether it is time to go.



Fourth, analyze your abilities and choose a job that suits your abilities, even if the job is worse.
