The 2008 China (Zaozhuang) knitted blouses Fair will be held from September 19th to 20 at the Shandong Zaozhuang Jiajie square hosted by the China knitwear industry association, the Shandong Textile Industry Association and the Zaozhuang Municipal People's Government of Shandong province.

The fair will hold a series of activities such as project negotiation, business cooperation, cultural shirt creative competition, and 2007 Fashion Zaozhuang Gala.

The development of the culture shirt industry in Zaozhuang Central District of Shandong (hereinafter referred to as the City Central District) is noticeable. The annual output of the cultural shirt is about 400 million pieces, and its total exports account for 1 / 3 of the total export of Shandong's cultural shirt. It is also known as the four largest cultural shirt producing area in the country with Jiujiang, Ningbo, Xiangshan and Qingdao Jimo in Jiangxi.

The textile and garment industry in Shizhong District started in the 80s of last century. After more than 20 years of development, it has become one of the four pillar industries.

In recent years, the textile and garment industry has entered a period of rapid development, forming a complete textile industry system with cotton textile, knitting, printing and dyeing, bleaching and dyeing, home textiles, and ciliated textiles.

The products cover thousands of varieties including yarn, cotton, polyester and cotton shirts, sportswear, T-shirts and so on. They are named as the first textile and garment industry base in Shandong province.

The growth in sales and exports of textiles and clothing in the region is inseparable from the efforts of the central government.

The central government has actively supported Shandong Arman Textile Co., Ltd. to purchase and install air-jet looms and drawing machines with advanced technology in the world. A 2 million yuan textile and garment industry development fund has been set up to support textile and garment enterprises in brand building, technology import, new product development and export earning, and actively implementing the plan for promoting the growth of small and medium sized enterprises, focusing on supporting the development of 50 products with advantages of large market and large scale of production.

In order to display the fruitful results of the textile and garment industry in Central China, the city central government will take the knitted cultural shirt as the leading product, and insist on holding an annual investment and Trade Fair which integrates business flow, logistics, flow of people and information into one, so as to promote the integration of knitted sweater industry, market and capital.
